The list of retiring stamps has just been released. This means many things are new and yet to come. What does this mean exactly?
#1 The end of the catalog is coming to a close and if you want any of the retiring stamps you need to "snatch" them now before they are gone for good.
#2 The new catalog release is just around the corner. So this means NEW stamps to "have to need" and purchase. YIPEE!!!! I'm particulary anxious for the new catalog because..... Oh, I'm not letting you know the reason yet--you'll have to wait a day or two to find out why!!
